SHIPPING~
We offer FREE Shipping on all orders over $99.00 IN THE U.S.
We will do our best to ship out quickly in 1 to 2 business days. We will ship Priority mail through USPS which includes tracking and Ins. & UPS based on the order. You will receive tracking information when your items are shipped. Note: If you are not seeing your tracking email, check the Spam/Junk Folders. If you would like to have an item sent overnight, please contact us through email Info@Shopltrading.com or 903-838-0266 and we will let you know the additional cost through UPS or Fed EX.
~What happens if you receive a delivery email but your package is not there? You will need to contact your local post office for the Exact Drop Off location. Delivery services have GPS tracking that record the drop off locations of packages. If the package was dropped off at the wrong location, let them know so the corrections can be made.
Note: Your order is Tracked & Insured in route to the shipping address only. Once the order is dropped at the shipping address according to the delivery service, we are no longer responsible.
Suggestion: If you know the shipping location could be vulnerable to theft we offer "Signature Required" delivery option. Please contact the store through email Info@ShopLTrading or call 903.838.0266 for this option to be added.
~RETURNS for JEWELRY - All Sterling Silver & Turquoise Jewelry purchases are subject to Exchange Only or Store Credit within 15 days of purchase and with Approval. We will be happy to send additional pictures, information and sizing to help with any questions before the purchase.

Items may be returned for Refund or Store Credit based on the following:
~Item is in the original condition with all tags attached, unworn and unwashed
~All returns must be received within 10 days from the date received by customer to receive a full refund
~ Items received before the 20 day period will receive store credit ONLY
~ All sales after the 20 day period are FINAL
~Shipping fees are non refundable
~ALL SALE items are Final
~Exchanges - Because we are moving inventory quickly, we recommend you purchase the item you are interested in as soon as you can and ship the original item back for refund/store credit
~If the item is damaged please contact us immediately upon receipt for return instructions. Tags must still be attached.
