We offer FREE Shipping on all orders over $99.00 IN THE U.S. 

We will do our best to ship out quickly in 1 to 2 business days. We will ship Priority mail through USPS. You will receive tracking information when your items are shipped. If you would like to have an item sent overnight, please contact us and we will let you know the additional cost through UPS or Fed EX.



We want you to be happy with your purchase so we are available if you have any questions regarding the length, sizing, measurements and material or any other questions you may have. Items may be returned for Refund or Store Credit based on the following:

~Item is in the original condition with all tags attached, unworn and unwashed

~All returns must be received within 10 days from the date received by customer to receive a full refund

~ Items received before the 20 day period will receive store credit ONLY

~ All sales after the 20 day period are FINAL 

~Shipping fees are non refundable


Shoes can only be returned for a store credit within 10 days from the date received. Shoes must not have any scuff marks or "wear & tear" from being worn. Shoes must be returned with the shoe box & shipped in a bubble mailer or a separate box to protect the shoe box during shipping.

~“Investment Pieces” such as High End Bags, Jewelry & Certain Garments we offer a Full Refund. We want you completely happy with your choice so you may receive a Full Refund if an exchange or store credit isn’t satisfactory. The item must be returned in its original condition with tags attached and received within 5 days from the date received by the customer. It is a short turn around time but we need this item back if it does not work for you. Please call before mailing back.. Note: It is always best to Insure item for the full value when shipping back as we are not responsible for lost items.

~Exchanges.. if you need a different size we will be happy to hold an item if it’s in stock and we will mail out as soon as we receive the item to be exchanged, just give us a call

~If the item is damaged please contact us immediately upon receipt for return instructions. Tags must still be attached.
