~RETURNS for JEWELRY - All Sterling Silver & Turquoise Jewelry purchases are subject to Exchange Only or Store Credit within 15 days of purchase and with Approval. We will be happy to send additional pictures, information and sizing to help with any questions before the purchase.

~RETURNS for CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES

Items may be returned for Refund or Store Credit based on the following:

~Item is in the original condition with all tags attached, unworn and unwashed

~All returns must be shipped within 10 days from the date received by customer to receive a full refund

~Return Items shipped 11 - 20 day period from the date received by customer will receive store credit ONLY

~ All sales after the 20 day period are FINAL 

~Shipping fees are non refundable 

 

~ALL SALE items are Final

Note: It is always best to Insure item for the full value when shipping back as we are not responsible for lost items.

~Exchanges.. if you need a different size we will be happy to hold an item if it’s in stock and we will mail out as soon as we receive the item to be exchanged, just give us a call, message or email

~If the item is damaged please contact us immediately upon receipt for return instructions. Tags must still be attached.
